“Breakfast was very good”

“The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. ”

“The staff and the hotel are both consistently excellent. Not a big fan of the powdered scrambled eggs.”

“Hotel needs a major overhaul. Cealing in shower had peeling paint and drywall , I believe due to issues with shower head spraying up at cealing. It also caused minor mold issues. I'm 328”

“The rooms are not sanitary at all, the beds, bathrooms, counter tops , sinks & mirrors will all have stains. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt ask for a cleaner room and we got another room with even more filth. Customer service will ignore your calls if they know it's you and you've already been speaking up about your room”

“Room was great, breakfast was crowded and ran out of things. Coffee was not hot. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“I was glad they had food and beverage on premises, otherwise one would have to uber somewhere. There was one huge disappointment... the one and only waitress/bartender had the worst customer service I've had in a looooong time. She was unwelcoming and went in the corner and talked on her phone at times. My order came up and the kitchen 'dinged' that it was up, and she just continued talking on the phone for a couple of minutes. After serving it, she went right back on her phone. She wasn't rude...
