“Overpriced for a poorly maintained hotel.”

“The location was easy to get too with a stop light. It is a older motel which shows in places.The breakfast was a surprise with fruit and great cinnamon rolls.”

“It’s not a bad hotel, but a little pricey to stay there for 4 days and not get your room cleaned and restocked with supplies even once, even after you ask. This used to be our go to Ohio hotel but the prices have definitely ramped up over the past few years so I doubt we will ever stay there again.”

“This property needs attention ASAP. What is listed and pictured through the Expedia app, is not up to date. Hopeful that we don't run into further issues with future bookings, but this one has made us look deeply into hotels and their reviews. Be mindful if staying here, all.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Unless you love the calming noise of crackheads yelling at all hours of the night and some of the sketchiest stuff you’ve ever seen and heard, I recommend paying a little more to get a better place”

“Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever”

“A nice basic place to stay when you only need a comfortable bed & hot shower. I appreciated the refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave. The staff was friendly. They have a good assortment of quick breakfast items (not just coffee) in the lobby, but it's only available until 9:30am which is too early for me. I wish it was available until 11am. I was traveling solo and I felt very safe.”

“They seemed really short staffed. I had to go to the front desk at least 3 different times because the bathroom didn't have enough washcloths or a blanket that didn't have spots on it. So I waited about a hour and went back to the front desk, thinking maybe they needed to wash some but he still said they had none gave me more hand towels and then found 1 more wash cloth. Luckily I do bring my own, so we had just enough. But was a bad smell upon entering the facility and aslo not well lit inside....

“Friendly staff, clean environment, good restaurant. The room was clean. No negative issues other than I prepaid for 2 breakfasts and they were only good for one day each. We missed the first day's breakfast and asked for a refund for that breakfast and was told it could not be refunded.”
