“Hotel was ok. Did not like number of “guests” hanging out in parking lot at night smoking and drinking. Situation made me very uncomfortable.”

“The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. ”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The back of the building was in very bad shape and there were a couple people who were hanging out side that looked questionable.”

“Rooms need repairs. Tub leaks and rusty. No clock or coffee pot. Tub surround stained and looks dirty. 2nd Red Roof we stayed in that was sub-standard.”

“Buyer beware. Issue with room availability, lack of chairs and waste basket in room, kitchen stovetop was barely usable (took 40 mins to get water to boil), front desk closes at 7pm.... Oh, yeah, THERE WAS A ROACH CRAWLING IN THE BED. I left before finishing my single night stay...”

“The system that makes your room keys did not work. I was locked out of my room all the time. Had to wait in line to get back in. Told to download the app and get my key on there but that system was down also. As a single mother with three children I had this one night to myself but it was extremely chaotic due to this. When I asked for an extra hour at check out the lady gave me extreme attitude and said “I can do 12 but not a minute later.” Okay well I can go to another hotel that gives me a...
