“Was not at the property much. Just to sleep Did not use any amenities. Convenient to restaurants and outlet mall”

“Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.”

“The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. ”

“Nothing worked. Door knobs were missing. Deadbolts on rooms did not latch. Elevator ‘broken’. For how long, nobody knows. I was afraid to even look for the pool.”

“Breakfast buffet was great, SO many choices!! Elevator has been down for two months and we were on the 8th floor, so it was quite crowded ascending and descending. Front staff was very nice! Bed was quite comfortable and having a microwave and mini- fridge was great.”

“Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!”

“The new renovation of the rooms are a welcome change. The elevator though has not changed, still slow and creaky. All in all everything was fine during my stay.”
