“If you like a place that is absolutely filthy and stinks, then this is the hotel for you. The entire property was in need of a good overhaul. When we checked in on Friday evening, there was a box of raisins spilled in the elevator. It was still there when we checked out Sunday morning. We will never stay there again.”

“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended.”

“Breakfast buffet was great, SO many choices!! Elevator has been down for two months and we were on the 8th floor, so it was quite crowded ascending and descending. Front staff was very nice! Bed was quite comfortable and having a microwave and mini- fridge was great.”

“Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!”

“Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.”

“Nothing worked. Door knobs were missing. Deadbolts on rooms did not latch. Elevator ‘broken’. For how long, nobody knows. I was afraid to even look for the pool.”

“Comodo x la posizione, vicino all'aeroporto, a Gahanna, a New Albany e a Columbus. Tipico motel americano senza pretese. Pochi servizi e poco pulito. Va bene per un vero viaggiatore, meno bene per l'italiano medio con la puzza sotto il naso. ”
