“Hotel was wonderful. Price was excessive”

“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Wish they had a hot tub, but pool was nice. Loved the continental breakfast but wish they would have had more fruit options.”

“Blood on curtain, dirty linens, no toilet paper. No free breakfast. Key cards Didnt work.”

“ROOM WAS DIRTY, MIRROR WAS OFF THE WALL, PHONE WAS NOT WORKING, MISSING LIGHT BULB, POWER STRIP IN END TABLE WAS NOT PLUGGED IN, REMOTE MISSING BACK”

“It was pretty worn down but worked for what we needed it for My issue was with the deposit. They charged me 50 dollars twice and only refunded once. I have since disputed this with my card company but I don’t appreciate that.”

“Very disappointed!!! When you advertise that you serve breakfast but we then find out you haven't since covid, huge turnoff. Others that were staying there seemed to be partying in the hall and knocking on our door 1:30AM -4AM in the morning. Back security door that you're supposed to use your card key to get in, kept getting propped open. Brought these issues to the desk, only to receive a shrug...😒”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Unless you love the calming noise of crackheads yelling at all hours of the night and some of the sketchiest stuff you’ve ever seen and heard, I recommend paying a little more to get a better place”

“This is the 2nd time I have booked a room at this location. Both times they didn't have the room I reserved blaming it on the booking site. I requested king size smoking and didn't get the room either booking.”

“Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight”

“We had a leaky faucet, a nasty toilet toilet paper roll under the bed nasty used tissues in the tissue box. This place overall not the greatest for the price and wouldn’t recommend it . Also what they don’t tell u is after the price u have to pay for just the hotel u have to make another 40$ refundable deposit for incase you destroy the room or wtv and if u want to check in earlier then 3pm u have to pay a check in early fee and it’s 10$ an hour”
