“The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”

“Check in took over 30 minutes and we were not compensated for the delay on their system. It was very late when we checked in but I asked for the hours of the pool and breakfast and the attendant told us the hours for both. Come to find out in the morning that the pool was closed for construction and there was no mention of this or a sign stating so. Breakfast was lack luster as well as the room since it was very tight the two king size beds in the room. They did refund our second night since we...

“This was not a great stay alot of activities outside with guest a guest car was stolen out of the parking lot it was not clean mold growth in the bathroom chairs in the room was badly stained TV was broken off the Mount I have to say the only thing that was clean was the pool and gym area but I won't be able to stay again and I definitely don't recommend it by it being close to the airport it should have been a lot better not a whole lot in the area had to drive to get to everything so yeah I'm...

“Bathroom was filthy; big balls of hair behind the bathroom door; only had towels/washcloths one day, was told it was my responsibility to let the cleaning staff know by 9:00 a.m. (went to Dollar Store to buy our own towels and washcloths). The smell on the 1st floor hallway was terrible; it reeked of urine. Will not stay there again!”

“3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. The room service did not provide any coffee pods for our room, no cream either. The elevator stunk like stagnant dirty water. The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful. The ice maker was leaking all over the floor. The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting. They cleaned our room only once in 4 days.”
