“We booked though Expedia. They never sent reservation to the hotel. No rooms available. No help from either place. Un expectable and very disappointed. I don't think I will ever book though Expedia again.”

“The breakfast buffet was not only nice, the manager personally checked in to make sure everything was ok. That extra mile tells me this hotel is well run!”

“Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!”

“We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. It was impossible for him to accept that room because it was not possible to sleep 4 people in one king size bed. So, at 10:30 PM...

“Comodo x la posizione, vicino all'aeroporto, a Gahanna, a New Albany e a Columbus. Tipico motel americano senza pretese. Pochi servizi e poco pulito. Va bene per un vero viaggiatore, meno bene per l'italiano medio con la puzza sotto il naso. ”

“Clean room”

“I liked the property because it had everything we needed for our stay the only thing I did not like was that they never came to clean our room not once during the stay. Other than that it was nice location for the price. Not much food options around near by either. .”

“Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.”

“Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. ”
