Hotel vicino a Ealy House - Columbus

“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Comodo x la posizione, vicino all'aeroporto, a Gahanna, a New Albany e a Columbus. Tipico motel americano senza pretese. Pochi servizi e poco pulito. Va bene per un vero viaggiatore, meno bene per l'italiano medio con la puzza sotto il naso. ”

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly.”

“Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.”

“Nothing worked. Door knobs were missing. Deadbolts on rooms did not latch. Elevator ‘broken’. For how long, nobody knows. I was afraid to even look for the pool.”

“We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and loved it, so I booked a return trip without checking current reviews. Big mistake. It took the young attendant 15 minutes to check me in, glancing furtively at his computer. Eventually he asked me to wait while he physically went to check if our room was ready. I'll give him credit for that. The room had a slowly turning ceiling fan that could not be turned off or changed because the knob on the wall was broken off. “Smells bad, poor housekeeping, there was a lash cluster stuck to the shower wall when we first walked in, used towels with mascara on them on the drying rack, whole room smelt of mildew, floors left my socks with dirt prints on the bottom.”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Early check in and late check out, prompt when I needed things replinshed, and friendly.”

“This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The whole place had an awful odor to it, the room itself was not very clean and was missing the mini fridge. And, to top it off, there were a ton of ants. By the heater, on the nightstand, on the desk, you name it. After all that, Expedia refused to do a full refund. Don’t use Expedia and never stay at this hotel.”

“The staff was fine but the place was overall a bit sketchy for me. Maybe it's common in Columbus (first time in the state), but I've never seen so much signage about "no guns" and "if you live within 3 miles you must show proof of needing emergency [housing]". Non-smoking room was less smokey than the rest of the motel, but generally everything smelled like smoke - the lobby was heavy with it as soon as I walked in. “Paid for a room I didn’t even check into . Staff was rude. Didnt have the room I reserved when getting to the motel. Property looked torn up, and felt so uncomfortable I left with out checking into the room”
