“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The breakfast buffet was not only nice, the manager personally checked in to make sure everything was ok. That extra mile tells me this hotel is well run!”

“Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.”

“As someone who travels for work it is always disappointing to have to stay in a place that isn't clean. not clean is an understatement. after checking in and trying to enter my room there were already people staying in that room was given another room. it was disgusting. Stains and "stuff" on the sheets bedcovers and pillow cases. the carpet looked like a movie theater stained in more places than i could count. the bath room was very dirty with a stain on the wall that looked like feces. “Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down...
