Hotel vicino a New Albany Links Golf Club - New Albany

“We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress.”

“Very clean. Lobby and rooms smelled good. Had a nice fire pit we enjoyed for a few hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

“The lady at checkin was most helpful. The room rate increased every night which was unexpected and disappointing. The lady at checkin blamed Expedia for this. The room was less than. There was a noticeable odor as I entered the room. The furniture was missing drawers and when I reported this, the response was placing drawers that did not fit the furniture. I'm not sure which was worse! The clientele (construction workers) were noisy every night! One outside doors did not open with the access...

“There was a hole in the bathroom door, the microwave didn’t work and the tv color was off but the room was surprisingly quiet, staff was nice and the hotel was in a good location even if the hotel itself looked a bit dumpy”

“This place was a huge letdown. Rude front desk staff, dirty room (hair everywhere, stained toilet, filthy shower), and nothing like the pictures online. It felt run down and poorly maintained. The pool looked okay, but we didn’t use it. Would not stay here again.”

“This is probably the worst hotel on this planet. It may as well just be a homeless shelter. Everything's sticky. The showers are disgusting. The mattresses are FILTHY. Shut this place down. ”

“Buyer beware. Issue with room availability, lack of chairs and waste basket in room, kitchen stovetop was barely usable (took 40 mins to get water to boil), front desk closes at 7pm.... Oh, yeah, THERE WAS A ROACH CRAWLING IN THE BED. I left before finishing my single night stay...”

“Everything seemed fresh and recent. The pool, patio and gym were all in good shape and we used them well! We had a wedding to attend and had a small wardrobe malfunction. The young ladies at the front desk, Jaye & Honey, found us some safety pins! Lifesavers,both of them. They were also pleasant, funny and very professional in their interactions with guests. We'll stay here again on our next visit.”

“Toilet seat nor even attached to toilet. No carpet in hallways. Lobby and hallways stink really really bad along with the rooms. Used tampons left in garage in bathroom when we checked in. There was a nail on the floor that got stuck in my foot. Room was dirty. Garbage bags left outside doors in the hallways. Absolutely horrible disgusting place to stay”
