“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!”

“No elevator. Despite booking a handicap room, they tried to put us on the second floor and then upcharged us to move to the first floor. Gutters hanging off the building, landscaping hasn't been touched in years with 4 ft tall weeds all around. Grass not cut and 3ft tall. Not as advertised.”

“Nice hotel! Clean room. The front desk worker acted like she couldn't be bothered. When we stayed, there were a string of vehicle break-ins. Not the hotels fault, and apparently something that was happening all around Columbus. Close to the Easton Center & lots of restaurants and shopping!”

“Overall my stay was fine. Hotel a little dated but nicely sequestered back away from all the traffic. I could still hear traffic at night but did not bother me too much. Location was positive, close to shopping and food. The room could have used a deep clean. Overall it was fine but the curtains did not look like they had ever been washed and the remote needed to be deeply sanitized. The bed seemed fine and bathroom was well cleaned.
