Hotel a Johnstown

“The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. Didn’t use the amenities so I don’t have an option on it. The toilet moved when you sat on it and the tub didn’t drain properly. the air vent in the bathroom was super dusty one of the sheets had a stain on it but that was changed out very swiftly.”

“Door to room and door to bathroom both needs planed. The rub hard on the floor. The breakfast was below average this time.”

“Very outdated and smelly. The hot tub was not filled and a child fell into it, hitting her head and injuring other body parts. Not well maintained.”

“The furniture shows signs of age. Liked two sinks, one outside the bathroom. Refrigerator was noisy. Custodial service on alternate days only is less tha desirable.”

“My room was clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They serve hot breakfast and on the go options.”

“Very bright and cheery entrance, friendly staff, great hotel layout, clean and comfy room, nice selection of for purchase, or complimentary snacks/meals and big comfy lobby area to relax or work. Outside landscaping was very nice and always staff hard at work maintaining the property and cleaning the lobby, kitchen area etc. This is my 3rd time at this property and it's really terrific. Will be back!”

“The check in process was quick and easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The TV had lots of channels.”

“Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb.”
