Hotel a Hebron

“That place needs to be shutdown was very nasty unclean didn’t even sleep in the room slept in my car couldn’t take or wouldn’t take a shower in there was yellow stained shower head broke the floor weak scared fall threw they put a piece of plastic over the soft spot making it worse toilet so yellow inside didn’t use it was a waste of money 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend health department needs to shut that place down hallways smelt like weed and people was stripping cars in parking lot”

“Breakfast selection was limited, but standard compared to most. Hot tub didn't work at first but maintenance came out and got it working within a reasonably amount of time”

“The staff was amazingly helpful. The room and lobby were clean. Breakfast was great with a quite the variety of. Salim was friendly, caring and very helpful as my husband has mobility issues and Salim was so kind and attentive.”

“On check-in, the only person at the desk was on the phone with a customer (not her fault) for about 10 minutes or so. There was no side table on one side of either bed, only between the two, so whoever was on the other side was out of luck. Same with the electric outlets and USB plugs.”

“Overall great place! Location is super convenient for airport! Breakfast was very nice! Lobby, elevators and hallways clean. Room and its bathroom were super clean! Overall great and would stay again!”

“Very clean. Lobby and rooms smelled good. Had a nice fire pit we enjoyed for a few hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

“The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that.”

“Everything seemed fresh and recent. The pool, patio and gym were all in good shape and we used them well! We had a wedding to attend and had a small wardrobe malfunction. The young ladies at the front desk, Jaye & Honey, found us some safety pins! Lifesavers,both of them. They were also pleasant, funny and very professional in their interactions with guests. We'll stay here again on our next visit.”

“Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great.”
