“It was decent for the price”

“For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

“The staff was very friendly and excellent. The bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great. The room was pretty dated and definitely could use a lot better cleaning. For example, I noticed right away when I sat at the table to eat and turned on the lamp that the lamps were filthy, like didn't look like they had ever been wiped down. “Pool was tiny but we were impressed on how clean the hotel and rooms were. Staff was very friendly and location was great. Will come back!”

“Let me say the front desk lady was phenomenal! When we arrived, she showed us the where the Tiki Bar (breakfast bar and snacks) were. She showed us the pool, gave us a tour of the place and was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless! We will be staying here again. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!”

“To poor customers service in morning breakfast mostly items are out or not available also wi-fi service was extremely slow when we call customer service they said might be some one be there in next day to look not recommended to stay with kids to get breakfast also kids can’t see anything on their iPad due to slow internet”

“I traveled solo and this felt like a safe property. It was clean but smelled like smoke. The advantages were location, location, location! I loved that the gas station and restaurants were within walking distance and very close to the beach. It's within 45 minutes of Longaberger so it was a great location for both. The room lacked toiletries except soap so bring yours. The hot tub in the room was nice. I will be staying again next time I'm in the area. Friendly staff!”
