“Family Reunion once a year for last 10 years. Quite location friendly staff, breakfast loçated in an area where anything you need is a easy drive. I have always had a great experience with booking and stay. Had a great time this year and I would recommend the services of Hotel.com and Quality Inn & Suites of Zanesville to anyone pasßing through or an extended stay.”

“Hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores. Customer service was great. Hotel is a little dated but other than that, we had no issues. Pool was closed down on first day but they had it up and running by the next day. ”

“The check-in lady was great, walked with me to the room to make sure the room was acceptable. Some dude hanging out outside down the hall, drug dealer? I dunno. Non-smoking room, bathroom stunk. Room was clean.”

“The common area was very dirty, grills filthy, kitchen full of mice turds, suggest storing everything in plastic totes a lids.. pots and pans very gross, clean the whole place. The cabin was nice but outdoor chairs filthy .. had to use common area to cook , no kitchen in cabin ”
