From check in to check out this place was a nightmare. Years ago I stayed here pretty often and I must say I’ll not EVER go back to this location again. The ONLY staff member that was nice and accommodating was the gentleman who took care of breakfast. The fact that when I tried reaching out from Expedia about my issues immediately after check in and never heard a word about the issues has me even more unsettled. I had this room booked for 2 months yet I was told my booking didn’t matter it was a room worthy of the price I paid for it and was even charged DOUBLE the incidentals charge ON PURPOSE!! The day staff when asked how much incidentals were said they were 50$ yet the person who checked is in told me 100$ then said after I complained ok I’ll only charge 50$ but still charged my card 100$ the fact she was rude to us over our room. Because I payed so little was degrading and uncalled for. When I made this booking I immediately called to put a request to have a higher floor because I don’t like being able to hear people above me, the traffic outside and or inside with people. My request was not found and I was told I never made that request yet i absolutely did because I like to be as far away from hearing all the noise of others. Instead we got a first floor room traffic noise from outside in the parking lot cause we were facing it with our room. The smell of chlorine while we slept that burnt our noses it was so strong. Noise from cleaning staff talking so loudly
