“Overpriced, no microwaves or room service despite there being multiple restaurants on site. The couch in our room was covered in red stains and they only give you one complimentary bottle of water.”

Perhaps the hotel was not ready for an entire convention's worth of people in attendance, but we had three guests in our room with a total of five phones and three laptops, and at best we could get one or two items connected to the wifi. This is unacceptable.”

The back door that led to the patio area was completely uncovered and zero privacy (first floor unit). I couldn’t believe it. You could see right into the unit from the parking lot.
