“Paid extra for a room on the first floor, elevator was broken so they were saving first floor rooms for handicaps. Ended up hiking 3 flights of stairs.”

“The staff were nice, polite and helpful. Parking was great and more importantly room was clean. The couch pillow, in the room was stained and needed to be trashed the couch was stained too, which was not too concerning for me since it was not going to be utilized by me. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling but seemed to be operable. When staff were alerted at check in, they were nonchalant. When I mentioned it again at check out, that staff seemed a bit more concerned. Continental...

“Parking was tight, but I found a spot. It would’ve been better to put the E-car charging spots in the rear parking area instead of taking spots away from all the “regular cars”, since you aren’t supposed to park in the charging ones. All of the E-car spits were open the two days I stayed.”
