“This was the perfect pick for a hometown feel. The property was beautiful inside and out, rooms were clean, the housekeeping staff was excellent and so was the front desk. The restaurant inside the property was an added touch, with fresh homestead breakfast and lunch options that were delicious. The resturant staff was polite and had amazing customer service. The property also has a gift shop that had staples of hometown love. The property was in walking distance of many shops, boutique, ...

“We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'.”

“This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. There is a local college at which many of the staff attend when not working at the hotel. The hotel offers snacks...

“A very ordinary cheep hotel that wasn’t even that cheep”

“Nice room and very clean! Lots of places to eat around the area. Very hot water when taking a shower.”

“They allow pets, which is fine, but not in the indoor pool! My granddaughter and great grandson were in the pool when the the people came in with the dog.”

“The bathroom tub was slow to drain and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The door to the room had a big gap when closed which let light and sounds in and had us wonder about how secure it was. Water was not provided in the room and the water machine for filling a bottle was not on after breakfast service was over.”

“No smoke detector carpet shredded place smelled it was disgusting. Somehow they up charged the rooms to almost $300 a night which I had to pay as we were out of town for a wedding and there is nothing else in the area. Place is a dump wish I could get my money back”

“We had a blast staying here for a soccer tournament. When we had to cut our stay short, staff was extremely helpful. Kids loved the unique lobby with games and pool table. The breakfast was really decent and easy to navigate. Room was simple and clean, comfortable. Great for families! Excellent, friendly staff who all seemed happy to be working there which always says a lot about management. We will stay again, thank you!”

“Rude staff person when I checked in. Person who checked me out barely said two words and didn't ask how my stay was. THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING! Hot water in room was warm but not hot. Room was clean and comfortable.”
