“Pool was crowded it would help to have it open earlier and close later for adults ”

“I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers.”

“The area was nice. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with one king and they wouldn’t switch rooms to what I booked. The room was ant infested and there was a used nicotine pouch on the floor when we walked in. The pullout couch was dirty as well. ”

“Everything was smooth and orderly. Well staffed. Will stay again. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. “Very nice, very clean. ”

“Room set up was odd and only a very little table to eat on. Not enough table for 2 people. Breakfast was poor. ”

“We stayed for the weekend and never had a maid come to the room. We didn’t ask ”

“My stay was top notch. Staff very accommodating. Will stay here again when I’m in town. ”

“This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mason in all my visits. Extremely overpriced. I paid $180 per night for two nights. Check in was not good. I could barely understand what the front desk guy was saying. The room was very small, dated and musty smelling. There was no USB port in the room! Breakfast sucked. The eggs weren't real. I'm not sure what they were made out of. The English muffin was cold with no way to toast it. I will never stay here again.”

“Staff pleasant, sufficient amenities like functional microwave, fridge, in room coffee maker. continental "plus" breakfast (sausage patties and eggs precooked somewhere between poached and fried available so at least there's a hot component), decent coffee, good enough blackout curtain to guard your sleep. The area looked nice and there's a Dutch Bros coffee across the street which for us is a plus.”

“Terrible washroom without any counter space (stand alone sink) few towels. Few carts for luggage.”

“Plase was hit. Very past due for fixing up. Old noisey beds. Dirty room. Mold all over bath room. Windows very thin, very loud in rooms from cars outside on hwy. I would NEVER stay here again. Food all over remote. Could go on, and on about the place. ”

“There were dirty cups in the kitchen and no fire extinguisher. The cable is also horrible if you're staying in the cabin. But staff is very helpful and efficient ”

“Do not let the lobby fool you. It’s nothing like the rooms. Good for a quick over night stay. I would not rebook.”
