“Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Came to town for a Reds game and we don't like to stay downtown and this location is great.”

“As mentioned in other reviews, the hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. The room itself had a dog urine smell and there was definitely something crawling around in the ceiling. Overall this was not a pleasant experience.”

“Although the staff worked hard to rectify the conditions, it was an awful experience. Waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned, it was 8:00 PM. Due to the overzealous 2 hour cleaning the room reeked of bleach and the carpet was soaking wet. There were no other rooms available and because we booked through this 3rd party, there was no refund. I felt like this was an extenuating circumstance and not our fault, and the hotel or this platform should have made this right. Learned my lesson...

“Well the room wasn’t very clean. Looked like mold in the tub and ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling off even on high. I think the front desk person is over worked he was sleeping at one point. The breakfast was the best and very good. Everyone was very nice tho.”

“We like waffles a little more than pancakes, and I really wish the fridge had a freezer. I also like having a coffee maker in the room so I don't have to walk down to the lobby every time I want coffee.”

“Our room and our friends room had a weird bathroom/sewage smell to it for the entirety of our stay. It seemed to be worse at evening time when we got back to our room from being gone all day.”
