“I prepaid for our room, nearly 300 dollars. We arrived and where informed of a surprise deposit fee of 150 dollars. The pool was closed, they say they offer breakfast yet they had no breakfast because "the truck didn't come" said management. They couldn't even offer us coffee because they had no coffee cups. They stated "they forgot to order cups". There was only one staff member who was pleasent and she was a house keeper. Our room had COCKROACHS. Most of the staff members were ALWAYS outside...

“Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again.”
