“The room was spacious and clean. The bed was okay. I have high standards for a mattress, but was okay.”

“Absolutely phenomenal hotel staff was great accommodations checking in to make sure everything's OK. All of that. I will recommend a stay for anyone and when I'm in the area again for my daughter's basketball tournament at spooky we will not be staying anywhere else but this location thanks again.”

“Comfortable clean well appointed room, with nice scents in the bathroom amenities collection. Comfortable bed, well functioning HVAC, and water pressure for the shower was optimal for relaxing invigorating shower.”

“The air conditioner in our room didn't work very well and it made for a poor night's sleep and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall by its wires. It probably just got loose. I pushed it back in place and it stayed. Wasn't enough towels or washcloths. I didn't rate the amenities because we didn't use them.”

“So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was.”

“Front desk guy was nice . Not his fault there was dead cockroaches in our room. Hallway smelled like cat pee. We immediately cancelled and asked for a refund which was promptly granted. Staff were great, place itself was run down and unclean to say the very least.”

“We had to stop for a night on our way from Pittsburgh, PA to Lexington, KY and opted for Comfort Inn for the price and for the swimming pool... A good choice! Clean and COMFORTable!! We will be back if we need again!”

“The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. “Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again.”
