“Nice quiet spot for a family. It was perfect for family of 5 to see NYC on a budget. Driveway fits one car/minivan. Kitchen was not fully stocked had only one pot. Plenty of Utensils, cups and plates but don’t plan on making dinners unless you bring your own stuff. The bathroom was not completely cleaned- trash was not emptied and used bar of soap in the tray.
