“I loved this hotel and I will defenetly stay here again next here! The place is just renewed and very very clean. The mood is so relaxed and comfy, my room was pool front with table and chair to sit outide, pool is very quiet and so all the rest!”

“Overall, very good except that the sides of the shower need to be scrubbed down. I could see a lot of soap streaks that shouldn't be there. Please tell cleaning staff to clean whole shower and not just bottom part.”

“Im not white and asked for a early check in but every white person that came behind me was able to get one.the first room i got after waiting for it to be cleaned the carpet was so wet it destroyed my socks. The staff was very nice about not really caring. The pool was lovely”

“Our Room Keys didn’t work multiple times. It’s so frustrating especially when you and your family is exhausted and you can’t even get to your rooms quickly. We also experience it outside in the parking lot and we have a lot of things and hoping we can get in on the side door when room keys supposed to work. I need to go back on the front desk just to activate my keys. It’s so disappointing especially i always book in this hotel chain when traveling.”
