“Everything about Chicago Club Inn was exceptional! It was clean,stylish, roomy with excellent service in the free breakfast area. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Very tasty breakfast spread.The hotel surpassed all my expectations. The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The full time manager TINA was above and beyond with all the stress I was dealing with in my life.Exceptionally friendly including housekeeping and other staff members...

“No breakfast included, at that rate it should have been. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff mostly friendly but not overly outgoing. Lots of teens/young adults in the lobby due to it being new year's eve, just loud and there didn't seem to be any staff keeping control. Mostly people just hanging out listening to loud music, treating the common area as their personal space. Uninviting in my opinion. But overall a good stay. Not sure we would stay there again, but definitely not on a holiday weekend.”

“Exterior and walking in, the property looked nice. Upon getting to our room, the carpet was significantly stained, as well as the mattress. The only reason I noticed the matress stain was becuase the bed linens were not pulled on all the way. There was a bandaid stuck to the shower wall...gross. The blinds were broken and didnt close all the way. My husband, being handy, ended up fixing the blinds so now those are workikg for the next guests! “Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“It’s quite disheartening to choose a supposedly high or top tier hotel and then be nickle and dined with fee’s to park your car, and pay for internet. The room was adequate but quite honestly I could have stayed at a hotel with a price point 1 half the cost and not be charged for internet and parking. I won’t be using this hotel again. Nothing about this experience warrants the need to pay extra for normal things. This isn’t a resort but it is charging resort type fee’s.”

“The hotel was nice aesthetic and decor wise, the elevator set up was frustrating. Additionally, the pool balance had to be way off as my daughter now has chemical burns on her face and arms. Would not stay here again ”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“I did not use the gym so I cannot comment on that. I will say that the hotel was nicely furnished, very clean, the staff was efficient and helpful, my room was equally nice, clean, and comfortable-nice sheets, good mattress, nice towels, and handy accessories like coffee/tea machine, hand cream etc.”
