“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“I have to say this is the best experience we have ever had. The staff has been so accommodating to us my mother has been in the hospital here in Chicago and we have been here for almost a week since we live 2 hours away. All of the managers and girls at the desk are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Very clean I would give 10 stars if it allowed! ”

“The rooms are very small. The heat did not work when I told the staff of the heat was not working. I thought maybe they will put me in another room instead they brought me a small heater that was cracks in the walls cracks around the headboard just nasty.”

“Great place to stay! Breakfast in the morning was really good, loved the omelette bar! House keeping kept my room cleaned everyday. Located in the middle of a lot good places to eat!”

“Love this hotel, this is our second time here and will return. The room was clean, good size and the bed was very comfortable with excellent quality sheets and pillows. Slept very well thank you. Bathroom not large but well stocked with all necessities. Gym is good sized and will definitely use it the next time we stay here. Also nice having 3 elevators so wait times were not very long.”

“The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good and they make omelets to order which I thought was awesome. I would definitely go back there.”

“The hotel seems laid back, wasn’t super busy. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi which is nice. The jets in the jacuzzi were so powerful though that you could not necessarily sit back. You had to sit towards the edge of the seat because they were shooting the water everywhere to the point where it was even soaking the floor surrounding it. The hotel has a bar/restaurant/coffee bar that offers a limited selection of food. The bartending that was working was new so she was still getting the hang...

“I don’t recommend this place under any circumstance Breakfast not good they have an over aggressive man that stands over you while making your food they will have to switch your room more than once because there always something not working if not the heat or air it’s the hot water I have video footage of mice running in hallways reported it to staff and was told to put a bath towel by our door staff rude and disrespectful and unprofessional management stood at their front desk using profanity...
