“The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.”

“Think they did the best they could with an older building. Could use a few inexpensive improvements ie: Kleenex, clock radio, extra mirror on wall, toaster oven, phone for wake up, shelves in shower.”

“Pros: clean room with great location. The queen bed was comfortable. Appreciated the ceiling fans and bare floors (no carpet). Good communication with owner. Cons: If you plan to cook in the unit, like we did, be aware that it's lacking a decent sharp knife; all there was were two small paring knives. And the can opener was too weird for us to figure out. LOL. Also, there are only tablespoons, no teaspoons. The closet in the hall had no hangers, so we bought some and left them in the unit. The...
