L'appartamento Tybee Time, arredato con gusto e rinnovato di recente, dispone di una cucina completa con elettrodomestici in acciaio combinata con l'attraente zona giorno che dispone di un divano letto pieno per dormire uno o due bambini piccoli o un adulto di media grandezza. Questo letto non è adatto a persone di età superiore ai 6 anni. Due sedie rosse a forma di barile e comode sono fatte per rilassarsi, leggere o guardare la televisione, che ha funzionalità DVD. La camera da letto ospita un letto queen size Sleep Number con materasso regolabile a stabilità. Un ampio armadio con ripiani, supporto per valigie e appendiabiti offre molto spazio per vestiti e oggetti personali. Il portico schermato ha due comode sedie a dondolo rosse che sono perfette per una rilassante conclusione della giornata al sole. Una pompa di calore Mitsubishi ad alta efficienza energetica e silenziosa AC / unità di calore offre un sacco di calore durante i mesi freddi e un sacco di aria condizionata fredda in estate. Ventilatori a soffitto all'interno e sotto il portico si muovono dolcemente l'aria come bene.

Questo appartamento è perfetto per una coppia o una coppia con un bambino piccolo o due adulti e un amico intimo a cui non importa dormire sul divano letto. L'appartamento al piano terra può anche essere affittato per permettere un sacco di spazio per la famiglia e gli amici.

Sulla parete sud è un incredibilmente bella murale vita dell'oceano disegnato e dipinto da artisti di fama mondiale Mary Jane Volkmann che è stato assistito dal proprietario Cathy Sakas. Sul fronte del cottage del impertinente Octopus veglia su di lei Lair.

Cathy's Octopus Lair is adorable. The space is clean, well-maintained, and filled with cute marine trinkets. The covered porch and rocking chairs are perfect for just relaxing in the shade and watching the local animals. The coolest thing happened. An osprey has moved in to the trees, and has been hanging out. You can hear it call, especially in the morning and evening.

Great getaway on Tybee Island

My wife and I spent 4th of July weekend at the Lair and we had such a a great time! Our host, Cathy, was amazing and gave us great information about the area and the check in process was so simple. The apartment was very clean, and had plenty of space. It is conviniently located close to the beach access and so many great restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a relaxing beach trip, this apartment is an amazing choice.

Island Fun!!

The Octupus Lair was exactly what my wife and I needed to enjoy a beautiful week on Tybee Island! Let me say first The Hostess Cathy is amazing! The communications with her was outstanding and the information she sent us before hand on what to do on Tybee Island was perfect! The location of The Octupus Lair is spot on! Only 2 blocks to the beach walking. Cathy and her staff we very caring and polite and I highly recommend staying at The Octupus Lair if you are headed to Tybee Island! Cozy, Comfortable, and Clean!

We enjoyed our seven night stay at the Octopus Lair last month. We found the accommodations to be perfect for myself and my husband. Wonderful location close to beach and grocery store. So relaxing rocking on the screened in porch, listening to the morning birds and enjoying the evening sunsets. Cathy responded quickly to any questions we had and the check in/check out was super easy. The washer and dryer on site were very handy as were the beach chairs. Loved watching the bike path activity and experiencing the Tybee Island vibe! Our first visit won’t be our last!

Wonderful

From booking to check out it all went well. The owner was very on top of everything with her descriptions of the property and any extras I had questions about. It located perfect on the block as far as traffic and ease of coming and going. It’s close to everything but not too close to get all the noise. I would rent this property again!

Amazing as always!

I first traveled here last year to Tybee and this is my second year here. Cathy the owner is truly amazing and this is a great walk to things close by even the beach!This year we got to see two ospreys perching up in the trees on the property, what a sight to see!This is very clean, just our size and again, Cathy the owner amazing and friendly, close to things in walking distance. Great place to stay and visit for a while and even make a friend or two! I would highly recommend.We look forward to returning again on our next visit there.

Octopus Lair

This was the perfect location for the St. Paddy's Day parade at Tybee!!! Owner Awesome to deal with on everything ! Great neighborhood for peace and quiet. Great for biking and golf carts. So close to restaurants and shops we walked everywhere ! We used shuttle to Savannah on Monday and it had a pick up site about two blocks away from away away

Anniversary Weekend

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the short walk to the beach and into the town. The screened in porch was a plus, especially to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The only negative issue was the guests that were supposed to move in downstairs apartment on Friday, were given our code for the lockbox. They tried to contact Cathy, but unfortunately were unable to. I spent about a half an hour trying to help them. They ended up leaving and had another rental already in the works. It was definitely an odd situation. Otherwise, everything was exactly as stated Cathy was wonderful and contacted us immediately when we reached out to her. We would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Sometimes you just gotta dance in the rain

The room was fantastic and although it’s a fair walk from a lot of the restaurants, that just means it is a lot quieter at night and it allows you to just sit on the porch and relax (without pests bothering you because it’s screened in!). Unfortunately me and my spouse went during some nasty weather, but at least we were in an absolutely lovely place!

Easy walk to the beach

Such a cute apartment equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay but didn’t bring! Including beach chairs, fans, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!

Located in such a great spot. Short bike ride from beach, right on the bike trail and down the block from the IGA. It is small but was perfect for me and 2 kids. Very clean and the bed was very comfy. Would stay again!

Family Visit
