“Parking was easy kinda confusing at first till you walk around to get to know the place but that’s understandable being in a new place ”

“The overall cleanliness appeared good until we got in bed and lifted up the comforter, we could see mold through the middle of it between the top and bottom layers in the stuffing part. It was late at night and didn't go downstairs to get another one because the wait time for the elevators was 15ish minutes. The indoor pool was cold (we stayed in March) so we couldn't swim either. For the price, I honestly expected a little better. ”

“The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. “Do not, I repeat DO NOT stay at this property. I had a day trip to Virginia and needed a quick place to stay. When I arrived first red flag were kids playing in the parking lot. Not to say that they can’t play, but it was obvious these kids lived at the property. When I got inside the room, it smelled like cigarettes, the beds were just mattresses on spring frames, pillows were different sizes, bathroom was dirty. Even though the surface of the bed didn’t have any stains, if I had a black light...

“The room walls had mold on them there weren’t any pillowcases on the pillows which were left in a pile on the bed the linen was dirty and the front desk staff was very rude and did not provide good customer service or communication skills ”

“The property is located in an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Hotel is very well maintained and the room was kept spotless.”

“The rooms were dirty , they had crack heads cleaning the rooms . Our check in was for 3 pm , rooms weren’t done until 4:30 . And they had thugs outside with guns walking around .”

“The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!”

“Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am. ”

“I was told I was on a "banned" list for the property when I tried to check in. Tried emailing customer service for Expedia to let them know I didn't need to be charged/pay for my booking, and my email was rejected. It was a disgusting place, and I wouldn't have stayed regardless. I'm out some $ now, bc they still billed me for the room I got banned from renting.”
