“Nice property near the water. Parking is right beside building you are in. Great for a stay in Baddeck. ”

“We had booked in to the Baddeck Domes for our stay but they were not finished being built. This was very disappointing for us. The owner made it right by giving us a full refund for the Domes. We then stayed in the Baddeck motel. The room was tiny, there was mold on the curtains, but the beds were clean and comfortable enough. It looks like they may be doing some renovations on the motel. The staff was the best part of the stay. ”

“We loved this quiet clean room with its great view. The deck chairs were bright and comfortable. We knew it was off-season so didn't expect the pool but would have appreciated knowing the complimentary breakfast wasn't yet available.”

“Towel was old and yellowish. Property shows its age. Most restaurants in the area were closed. Not much to see and do within the area.”

“I was desperate to love this place. How cool to be able to stay in something like that? First, there was an issue with my reservation. So the owner wasn't really prepared for us. It looks like they are in full construction mode so the area wasn't as neat as could be. His workers had music playing next to our dome, but he addressed it when we texted. There should be a curtain for the door. We make a makeshift one. The tv was missing the remote. The owner addressed it quickly. Unfortunately...

“The desk staff were lovely and even called to see if we needed anything. The restaurant staff and food was very good as well. The blinds were filthy and the sink taps leaked every time they were turned on. However I do understand that the season had not yet started so perhaps they have limited staff at this time.”

“Are hosts were very nice. It was like staying at home and with family and the food was awesome and the entertainment and the cleanliness. Everything was just very very nice.”
