“Checked in a day late and the room was still not ready. Once the tom was ready the air didn’t work and it was right by housekeeping where the staff was very loud. They did end up moving us to another room but we were told they weren’t moving us due to the air not working but more so being by the loud housekeeping area. “Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Hotel Luna for your next vacation! ❤️❤️❤️”

“Very nice resort. Dinner and breakfast were great. Only minor issue is the restaurant staff is not well trained and ordering was difficult, slow to get drink refills and paying the bill took way too long. They were all very nice and tried hard, but they just seemed like they were learning how to do their jobs. Great stay overall.”
