“The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff members were very courteous and helpful, while others came across as less accommodating. The kitchen was a positive feature; however, additional charges applied for renting coffee makers or kitchenware, which led us to purchase our own paper plates and plastic utensils for the week.
