“Mr. Chase, son and Sasha are amazing host!!! They accommodate everything that was provided went above and beyond, the room was extremely clean, great set of pillows, bed is very firm considering that is great on my back, love the retro mini refrigerator, they even throw in a birthday balloons with some cholocate and a card for my wife , man is literally anything anyone can ask for. “The room was clean, older (1928 per the hosts yelling at me on the phone) but clean. The property is pretty. HOWEVER, the surrounding area leading up to the house was homeless lining the streets. When I was given my check in instructions, that's where I was told about street parking. The photos conveniently leave out all of the street parking where the cars line bumper to bumper. “Great space for a single traveler or a couple. Space was clean and more than enough and includes plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable. Close to everything in the area that you would want to visit. Parking was easy directly in front of the cottage. Comms with the host were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.”

PAL beach is very safe and clean somewhat walkable but a bike would be perfect Hotel is beautiful 100 years old but hallways and some areas are musty The suite itself has an air purifier and is super clean and highly functional ”
