This beautiful home enjoys an extensive lawn with an on-site playground and a nice patio. As you enter this air-conditioned home, you will find an inviting living area with plenty of comfy sofas where you can spread out comfortably and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Wintertime visitors will enjoy the warmth of a gas fireplace in the living room as well. When mealtime comes, prepare exquisite homemade meals for your group in the well-appointed kitchen. The dining table allows for memorable family meals or hosting board game nights. Additional perks include free WiFi and an on-site washer/dryer.

Public West Hampton Beaches are available for a daily fee. Top beaches are Cupsogue Beach and Pikes Beach.
Local village beaches are off-limits to short-term renters.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Westhampton house

Chose Westhampton house for our stay for a relative’s wedding weekend. The house was lovely. Loved the enclosed porch and space was enough for the six of us. The group was all females so we had to plan ahead for use of bathroom due to their sizes but we made it work. We would have like a bigger supply of towels and higher ply of toilet paper but that may be restricted due to septic?
