“The bedding was old and had permanent stains. We had to change sheets ourselves. The bathroom needed a better cleaning, with random hair and dirt in the corners. When we arrived, only one elevator was working, and it was moving slowly. At check-out, both elevators were broken. Had to carry all our luggage downstairs.”
