Appartamenti a Whitsunday Island

"The island is a paradise on Earth. Extraordinary efficiency in everything, combined with a unique natural heritage. Now, about the accommodation. The place is decent and in line with the nightly rates. The low rating is due to a very unpleasant incident that happened to us. We woke up in the middle of the night because the bedroom light was flickering on and off. Once awake, we realized that our room was almost completely flooded. We called the emergency number, and a very kind staff member tried to fix the issue but couldn’t. Alarmed by the potential danger to our safety (electricity and water don’t mix well), we asked to change rooms immediately. We were told that it wasn’t possible and that we could only switch rooms in the morning. After a sleepless night, once the reception opened, I asked to speak with the manager to change rooms and request a refund for the night spent without sleep in an unsafe room. The manager gave us a vague response and, with an almost dismissive attitude, only changed our room while flatly refusing—almost irritably—our request for a refund. In summary, the island is stunning, and you’ll have the chance to see things you won’t find anywhere else. However, I cannot recommend this accommodation for its lack of hospitality."

"Male il fatto di dover pagare 200dollari di cauzione su una camera prepagata. Male il fatto di avere il balcone e non poterci fumare. Molto male il fatto che non ci fosse nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua nel frigobar. "

"Bello comodo fornito di tutto Livello di qualità servizi e vita dell'isola comunque molto alti e i prezzi tutto sommato ragionevoli. Nella somma pagata per i soggiorno volutamente solo pernottamento direi che erano inclusi anche molti servizi di cortesia"

"Soggiornato una notte, ideale per una notte se sei in movimento, non c’è niente nei dintorni a confronto che di essere a Airlie beach e la spiaggia vicino non è manco balneabile.. Hotel pulito, colazione buona compresa."

"Trascorso 4 notti. Ci sono varie tipologie di appartamenti, il nostro era un monolocale, ma era grandissimo e spaziosissimo. Accessoriato di tutti i conforto per cucinare, kit per il bagno e asciugamani. Nel frigor c’era pure un piatto con formaggi, salatini, acqua e latte offerti. Pulizia perfetta. palestra e piscina su vista panoramica sulla Baia. Assistenza alla reception perfetta( la reception è situata circa 100m prima degli appartamenti ) e per arrivare fu con le valige agli appartamenti ti accompagnano in auto. Alcuni commenti leggevo che sconsigliano questa struttura per la strada troppo ripida per arrivarci…si ammetto che è molto ripida ma poi vale il prezzo della vista sulla baia. L’ appartamento si trova a 7 min a piedi dal centro, comodissimo e a meno di 5 min dal supermercato Woolworths. lo consiglierei anche ad altra gente ."
