“A couple of nights reprieve after travelling thousands of kms in a truck and working. Close to everything we needed, even lucky enough to park the truck outside our apartment - the hills a killer in the heat but we loved the vibe of Airlie and wished we could have stayed longer. Room was clean and tidy and comfy bed.”

“I had a lovely few days stay in this modern studio. Just a few minutes walk into town and about 15 mins walk to the marina for ferries. The view from the balcony over the marina is fabulous. This studio is part of a resort of several blocks up a bit of a hill but nothing too taxing. “All the cups and plates was not washed, so we didn't want to use them.. thats disgusting. Another big problem we had during this very short stay was that the entire apartment smelled of feces and sewage when we returned for the day, as the neighbor had closed the door to the hallway that leads to both apartments. “Place was absolutely great, myself and a friend stayed and enjoyed the nightlife. Only down side was the lady who came to clean the next morning. what happened was my friend had a little too much to drink and tried to clean the two glasses we used as it says in rules, we need to clean which is understandable. While he was doing so he balanced the glasses on a plate and dropped them on the floor and it broke, we looked for a broom to sweep up but there was none. I told him to leave it as is as I...

“Filthy, dirty, unclean & I’m extremely disappointed. Ruined what was supposed to be the holiday of a lifetime and birthday present from my recently deceased Father. After spending the night sitting up on the couch with my personal towel as a blanket and not being able to secure alternative accommodation I had to fly back to W.A. that afternoon which cost me an extra $700. All of the activities I had booked and pre-paid for were not refunded. I’m not a sook but I cried for days.”
