“I will not recommend Harbour Quay Apt.. Their communication is so poor. We stayed for my daughter's Volleyball tournament. Not able to take photos on our checknin and check out. We paid our bond and without telling us about the damage and after 11 days informing us they will not make a refund. It took me 11th day to follow-up as refund is 7 banking days excluding weekends. They don't even provide proofs. It is really frustrating as we hardly stay to the apartment as the whole day we're at...

“Wonderful stay in a great area of CBD Brisbane. The pool view is stunning, and they have an excellent gym on the terrace as well. Full size kitchen and free washer/ dryer as well. (2 Laundry detergent packets included!) There was a balcony (street facing) and living room with full size tv set up. Conveniently located about a 5min walk from the riverfront. Also, fun bonus, they have a library with a large range of books to read during your stay!”

“We were so disappointed with our recent stay at this apartment. We booked a queen room with a balcony based on the photos displayed at the time of booking, which clearly suggested an elevated room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a ground floor room with no view at all, which was very misleading and not what we believed we had paid for. “Great location with parking shopping close by”

“Discreta la posizione, accettabile la pulizia degli ambienti, disastrosa ( OK, spetta agli ospiti ma un controllo sarebbe necessario) la pulizia delle stoviglie. Carino il quotidiano al mattino davanti alla porta e il rifornimento ( non previsto) delle bustine di caffè. La piscina è minuscola, adatta solo a bambini. Non c'è il condizionatore nella stanza da letto.”

“Very comfortable, clean, upstairs apartment with all the amenities in a very central location. Free parking outside and fast wifi. We especially appreciated the availability of a washer and dryer. Could have done with a hand towel for each guest, some kitchen paper towel and a towel in the kitchen”
