Cottage a Wicklow

"The hotel is beach front as per my choice, but the rooms are (or) 3rd floor without elevator (or) street level, with a small window not-to-opened and very noisy due to the street traffic, lorries rolling and loading beer barrels anytime and clients of the pub just in front of the windows, speaking loudly and laughing from 5 to midnight. Unless you are very young , I would not recommend this place. But… to pay 498€ for 3 nights you must be young AND rich !!!"
