“This motel is in a VERY dangerous area of Edmonton!! We ended up leaving and booking else-where. DO NOT stay here of you have children.. I wouldn't have even stayed if my kids weren't with me. The parking lot and building was surrounded by obviously high/intoxicated groups of ppl. My 13 year old daughter was harassed walking from our car and there is no security- anyone can just walk in! There was also blood in the bathroom on the wall.. as soon as we saw the room we left, I expressed we did not...

“The bartender wasn’t aware of a reservation (which I booked 36 hrs prior on Expedia) and gave me the last room left #5, right beside the stairs. I signed in gave my credit card for a $200 deposit and headed to my family dinner. I got up to the room around 11:30pm, the bar is closed, no staff on-site. Bathroom only has hand towels, beds were made, tv doesn’t work, there’s garbage in the can and the bathroom was not cleaned. “This hotel is lovely. I loved the details. From your name on the screen when you arrived, the photographs on each door to someone texting you to ensure you had everything. The beds are really comfy, the breakfast was lovely in the mornings and the pool was great for our family. We will be back! 10/10 recommend.”

“I stay here every time I pass through Edmonton. The property and room are always clean. The front desk hosts are always so nice and professional. The rooms are beyond comfortable. They have a nice laundry room, a beautiful restaurant. They’re even dog friendly! If you’re thinking about staying here just do it! ”

“Clean room. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Pool area cleanly, but small. Gym area cleanly but very small. Breakfast lacked variety for anyone with gluten intolerances, but was otherwise edible. ”

“The hotel was fine the casino was a major disappointment. They allow people to reserve as many slot machines as they want.I was playing beside a lady she had four machines in the area around where I was playing with reserved tickets on them. found the staff really don’t do much about it so we went to other casinos and played. To bad because we will probably stay somewhere else next time.”
