“The room didn't appear especially clean. There were stains on the comforter and a few on the sheets, but nothing that seemed new. Just permanently stained. Fan cover in the bathroom ceiling was missing and cracks in the ceiling. Air conditioner was working. Although the room did seem warm. Overall, it wasn't terrible just not completely updated.”

“We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. “There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern. “8mins away from another La Quinta. The comparison is like Jekyll and Hyde. To start, all pet rooms are on one floor. Also is seems to be the same floor everyone smokes on as per cleaning staff. There are full time residents there’s so that’s also a red flag. The elevator offers doors that do not fully close with broken tiles as you enter. The main lobby also smell like trash as you enter. The pet floor smells worse. The rear of the first floor has flooded carpet floors like they drained a pool....

“The room looks clean and pretty because it seems that it has been recently renovated but the cleaners can do a better job at cleaning it wasn’t awful but not the best. The breakfast is ok.”

“Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! ”

“When I walked in I saw a small roach crawling on the wall. I did not kill it cuz they're disgusting and I don't want to have anything to do with them.. When I woke up the next morning and got out of bed that a little critter was in the bed with me. Of course he was dead by then. I told the front desk that they need to spray the room. Also went to turn the heat on and it had this disgusting smell almost like urine. So I turned that off. I will not stay there ever again. ”
