She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, greeting us by name throughout our stay, which truly felt like 5-star service and made all the difference. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience with service that exceeded expectations.”

“There was a issue at check in. Hotel.com reserved it as 1room - 2 bedroom deluxe, the property reserved 1room with 2 beds. Hotel.com should have reserved it as a 2 bedroom deluxe room. The person checking me in requested to see my verification letter, luckily I had it on my phone and he verified there was a mistake.
