“Beds were made every night when we got back to the room. Clean towels and face clothes. Excellent job by the staff.”

“Of the three hotels I have stayed at in North Andover, this one is the cleanest and most convenient for me. Wish the prices would always be what I paid for this last 2 day stay, it would save me from having to go to the other hotels when I come up once per month for two days at a time.”

“The property and room smelled like an ashtray, was very dirty. It looked lived in as well as seeming to have tenants in the other rooms who cooked meals and had their dogs present. Tub was clogged, microwave was disgusting amd the toilet just so happened to break on us on the last day. ”
