None of the above compare to the exemplary service we received. With 1,000s of stays all over this world, I can state that this was the best service I have ever received. “Really liked how quiet it was, very peaceful space, and you're right next to a bus stop, like a few steps away which will take you all the way to Metrotown. They do have a cat, which I'm a little allergic to, but I don't mind them around. But I only saw the cat once out of my five days, so if you're concerned, they're mostly upstairs.”

I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. So disappointing, considering the price of the room! ”
