“L’Ox Hotel Manchester è una struttura un po’ datata, ma ben tenuta. Le camere sono spaziose e soprattutto molto pulite, aspetto per me fondamentale. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire a nostro agio fin dall’arrivo.

“Staff were lovely during our arrival. They took our bags whilst we could explore the city before checking in. The room was clean and tidy and was lovely too. The only downsides were some stains in the shower, it seems it was from a previous sticky non slip mat that had been peeled off and left residue.
