“I recently stayed at the Mark Spencer Hotel in Portland and my girls and I had a great experience. I arrived before check in and the staff graciously allowed me to park my rental car early, which was a huge convenience and a great first impression. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was spacious with a kitchenette that made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of many great restaurants. I would definitely stay here...

“It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.”

“The room was nice! Comfy and safe. The check in time was at 4pm and there were no rooms available due to still being cleaned. They had a lot of us out in the lobby waiting and the staff acted really confused. Overall, the room was nice!”

“They do have parking close by but I did not use it. They did have valet service and the valet were very personable and always smiling. Duncan, at the check-in, was AMAZING!! I stayed 5 nights/6 days and every evening when I came back from my adventures, he would ask how my day went and if I needed anything. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to take advantage of the bar. My room was clean and housekeeping was pleasant when I needed anything.”
