Hotel vicino a Zip Line USA - Reeds Spring

“The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) I said sir, I paid to...

“Rooms were updated, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.”

“Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the quietness!! Very easy to get around Branson from this location.”

“It was very nice as far as the room and scenery. Check in was very easy. There's no microwave or coffee maker in the room. I would have liked to have that. I took it for granted that it would have that. Hot water did go out for a little bit also. Other than that it was very nice.”

“The office clerk was very helpful at check-in, couldn’t have been any nicer! The motel is a bit dated, but well worth the price point. Great place for families on a budget.”

“The room smelled a little musty when we first arrived. After turning on the AC and went out for a couple of hours we came back and there was no smell at all. It might be helpful to the customer if the AC was turned on before they arrive to prevent this issue. The man at the front counter was very nice.”

“I was not able to use mu issued code at all , the door code we got from the office phone helped us to get in , until about nine thirty to nine forty-five this Morning, when we wanted to take one final look it would not let us to enter to verify , that we had gotten everything out of the room”

“It was clean. Reminded me of a 1980’s motel but it was certainly functional and economic. Easy access to Branson attractions.”

“It was perfect. Loved the music. Open Bible on the stand and the employees are all amazing.”

“Nothing like pictures in advertisement. Stains on carpet, walls. No towels, AC plug in, had no protective cover over it. The breakfast advertisement showed free, but not all was free. When we did need something, the staff was nice and responded quickly.”

“Rooms we're very clean. But very little decoration in the rooms themselves. Most everything is white. The lobby and the breakfast room you're very clean and very well decorated. There was a problem with nats, and flies. The parking lot for building 2, where I was parked is very uneven and steep sloped.”
