"I was impressed immediately upon entering our room. It was clean, bright and pretty. We had a family room so the girls had their own twin beds in a shared wall area, complete with nice closet and unique architecture. They slept well. We used the towel warmer and the shower was good, just not the greatest water pressure. The wifi was good. The location was quaint and close enough to downtown Inverness to walk easily. "Our stay was as mostly as expected except for the issue of no hot water till we checked out in the morning. We were told the problem was caused by the Scotland water company so the hotel had no control over the issue. Nevertheless, it was not very pleasant when you cannot shower after a long day of travel."

"The room had the sun beating in the windows so it was quite warm when we arrived. Unfortunately, we got in late and had an early flight out so had to go to bed relatively early. You could hear traffic if the windows were kept open so it was a bit hot all night. The room was very clean and had a great sunset view. "
