So close to Universal it was insane, the staff was so nice and kind and everything was extremely clean. 4 stars because sometimes at night the our conditioning smelt a little burnt.

Great area. Little confused when I was told av greater deposit was needed when the paper I signed said a much lower number for 1 to 3 nights. Water pressure was abismal.

"The people at Starbucks and the pizza place were very rude and not friendly. The girl at the pool bar was not friendly. Hotel accommodations were nice, my friend’s room and no power plug and the outlets by the bed did not work . Staff at the American Grill were very nice and friendly"
