But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min....

"We visited October13 to 20 2022. Beautiful Villa, very clean inside and out, well kept pretty gardens, but pool could be cleaner. The best views would be from the back of the villa but high trees block most of the views and all of the sun permanently from the back of the villa (unfortunately they do not reduce the constant road noise, day and night). The drive down to the villa is basically an off road, long narrow steep dirt track (close to a mile long) that you would never take a car down if...

The walk to the beach is quite steep and needs more than flip flops but we'll worth it. We did struggle to identify which house we were in as the online photos were of both houses. House was very well equipped, but could have done with some more oven ware. Mauro the host was very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. We have never stayed anywhere that was as clean as...

"We loved this beautiful hideaway overlooking the ocean. We spent most of our time outdoors on one of the beautiful terraces or in the pool. The property is arranged so that you always have a choice of sun or shade. It was a delight to eat dinner to a beautiful sunset and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Silvana was just lovely and speaks perfect English."
