"The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."

"Great little find about 20 min away from Bergamo Airport. Parking available outside hotel. Friendly efficient checkin and room was large clean and comfortable. Eat off site at nearby restaurant - also good. Would stay there again."

"A very unique traditional family run hotel nestled high up in the mountains. Perfect for relaxing, beautiful views and clean air. I would recommend this hotel and location as a getaway particularly to recharge your batteries. The hotel team are very helpful, attentive and very nice. On site spa and swimming pool was a bonus too!"

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager who I believe is the owner was very kind and hospitable. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and I felt comfortable. I do t believe in the area you will find any better. This is top of the line for the area although may night be top of the line for American standards. "This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. What wasn't so great was the fact we had to pay for parking, breakfast isn't served at the hotel, and there's a 10-minute walk from the spa to the hotel, which means you have to shower and get ready at the spa - not walk to your room in a robe, like in QC Bagni Nuovi. What bothered us the most was the fact we weren't told that the access to the spa, purchased with booking the hotel, meant access for the check out day - not the check in. If we would've known, we would've changed our schedule to make the most of our spa day."
