And they have a great outdoor area for enjoying several fire pits, music, appetizers and drinks. The service is exceptional. And I love the valet service. "This hotel met our needs for a clean & quiet place to sleep for 2 nights in the San Francisco area. It was close to the airport and had free parking for our rental car. The beds and pillows were adequate, as was the bathroom. We didn’t try the continental breakfast, as we walked down to Camino Corner for a delicious breakfast both mornings of our stay. If you don’t plan to spend much time at your hotel, I definitely recommend staying here. "

"Recently renovated, this hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything worked. Basic rooms with fan, radiator, and window that opened for temperature control. Free WiFi, basic free TV channels, no bath, room on the smaller side (but not tiny, still room to move arround). Fruit, iced water, coffee, and a large selection of teas available near the lobby. No daily housekeeping, which suited us fine, but you can ask them to remove rubbish or replace towels if needed. Great location near Union...

"The Dylan is a little long in the tooth, not as spruce as it probably was when it opened. Furniture is a little but outdated. Rooms are clean, good smelling shower products, nice staff. Do not go to the Neal’s Diner they give you coupon for. Got salmon salad and whatever that was it was not salmon and not edible. I like that they loan guests reusable water bottles. Easy to walk to BART station and to CVS and places to eat. Fast drive to SFO. The lobby is cute and the fountain sun patio is cute....
